The Inter-Religious Council hosted its first annual Focus on Faith week in September 2006.  The week kicked off with a Faith Fair which included many faith groups on campus and in the Charlotte area hosting 'booths' to share information about their organization with those passing by. Cotton candy and other freebies were enjoyed by all. 

The IRC also hosted worship services of the Jewish, Catholic, Protestant Christian, and Muslim faiths on campus throughout the week.  This was a wonderful opportunity for others to experience and learn how other faiths worship.

We concluded the week by taking a trip to the Urban Ministry Center in Charlotte to learn more about the program and to help with meal preparation and serving to the neighbors.
