On January 24, 2006, the Inter-Religious Council, in
cooperation with the Religious Studies Department sponsored
a special presentation about the Dead Sea Scrolls and
exhibit that was currently on display at Discovery Place in
Charlotte. Dr. Gregory Snyder from Davidson College was the
main presenter and the program was introduced by UNC
Charlotte's own expert in the Dead Sea Scrolls, Dr. James
Tabor.
A very
informative and well attended event. |
