The Venture program not only enhances the educational mission of UNC Charlotte, it fosters personal and team development using experiential, "hands on" learning. Activities are designed for small groups in which participants experience a sense of community, teamwork and open communication. The Inter-Religious Council participated in the team building, high ropes course in November 2004.
